Qualifications

• Licensure: RN license in applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care on the Med/Surg Observation unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record.
• Engage in unit governance, quality initiatives, and safety efforts.
• May float to other units as needed.
