• BLS certification preferred within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care and comfort per plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain clean patient rooms and prepare treatment areas.
• Document patient data accurately in charts.
• Support nurse with supplies, rounds, and call lights.
• Ensure patient safety and promptly report changes.
