Qualifications

• Current BLS certification strongly preferred at time of hire; CNA or EMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, introduce self, and maintain professional reception.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and speak clearly with staff and families.
• Take vital signs and assist with routine patient care as trained.
• Transport patients and prepare rooms for new arrivals, ensuring a clean environment.
• Support with basic clerical tasks and phone operations as needed.
