Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years of hire.
• Advanced nursing degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current WA RN license or MLS endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices.
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources.
• Foster collaboration between nursing, physicians and other disciplines to achieve optimal patient care outcomes and department plans.
• Coordinate operations of assigned units and provision of resources.
