Qualifications

• BSN required or obtained within five years from hire date.
• WA RN license (or MLS) required.
• Five years of clinical experience preferred.
• Three years in supervisory/lead capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices.
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources.
• Coordinate collaboration between nursing, physicians and other disciplines to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee operations of assigned units and resource provision.
