Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license in Washington State or multi-state endorsement required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in professional or technical role preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices.
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of resources (staff and materials).
• Coordinate collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve patient outcomes and department plans.
• Oversee overall operations of assigned units and resource provision.
