Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current RN license in Washington or multistate endorsement (MLS).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating.
• Apply critical thinking for patient care decisions with relevant standards and data.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and reduce costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care for diverse patients.
• Track key quality metrics using recognized benchmarks.
• Lead care team initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
• Address non-clinical barriers by connecting patients with community services.

Education
