Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required in certain units.
• Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care including assessing, diagnosing, and educating patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Assist the leadership team in quality improvement projects.
