Qualifications

Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
1+ years of RN experience preferred.
Certification in basic life support (BLS).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required in certain units.
Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care including assessing, diagnosing, and educating patients.
Coordinate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
Assist the leadership team in quality improvement projects.
