Boston Medical Center is seeking Registered Nurses for the Med Surg Float Pool on both 36- and 24-hour night shifts. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating patient care as well as advocating for patients. Ideal candidates should have 2 years of Med-Surg experience and valid RN licensure for Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg experience required.
• Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care among medical team members.
• Act as patient advocate and maintain professional nursing standards.
