Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of Certified Nursing Attendant program or minimum 6 months relevant experience.
• BLS/Heartsaver CPR/AED certification required on entry or upon start.
• Strong English language skills; excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission/transfer/discharge, orient patients and safeguard belongings.
• Conduct patient rounds for safety, comfort, and needs; respond to call lights.
• Assemble oxygen equipment and suction setups as directed by RN.
• Provide basic hygiene and daily care including bathing, grooming, denture, nail and foot care.
• Prepare patients for meals; assist with feeding and equipment placement.
