Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or seven+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.

• Oversees clinical operations in the medical-surgical department with safe, efficient care.
• Collaborates with physicians, nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams for care coordination.
• Manages budgets, staffing and resource allocation to balance cost and patient care.
• Monitors KPIs and quality metrics; leads improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates communication between clinical staff, administration and external stakeholders.
• Responds to patient care concerns and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
• Keeps knowledge current on industry trends and regulatory changes; performs other duties.
