Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and quality.
• Monitors and coordinates nursing care with the management team.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Oversees staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs.
• Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, and performance processes.
• Manages inventory and supplies for the unit.
