RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Clinical Care Technician for the Medical-Surgical Unit-I in Somerville, NJ. You will support licensed nurses, assist with vital signs, activity, and bedside care while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a current BLS; CNA experience is preferred. It is a full-time day position with weekend rotation and holiday coverage.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; BLS certification required.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical exposure preferred; CNA certificate beneficial.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily patient care including vital signs and bedside nursing tasks.
• Monitor patient status and document information in the EHR.
• Support RNs in care plans and infection control practices.
• Provide compassionate, safe care and communicate with patients and families.
