Doctors Hospital of Augusta is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator/Charge Nurse for our 5 West team. The CNC will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions across shifts.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, staff coaching, scheduling, and inventory control, aligned with policy and productivity goals. Requires RN in acute care with an ADN or BSN and BCLS within 30 days of start.

Formación

• RN with acute care experience required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and monitor nursing care for the unit during the shift.
• Collaborate with management to improve patient outcomes.
• Coordinate admission/discharge processes for throughput.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and productivity guidelines.
• Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the unit.
• Foster a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
