• Support Medical Staff Services with documentation and processes.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Under the general supervision, the Medical Staff Services Assistant performs a variety of secretarial duties which require a substantial knowledge of hospital and Medical Staff Services policies and procedures. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year of vocational training business school preferred
• Minimum of two years of stenographic dictation or dictation equipment experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a responsible secretarial position, preferably in a health care setting
• Minimum of one-year of experience in a Medical Staff Services Department preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and expertise
