Bodenvy is hiring for an outbound sales role focused on calling warm leads and managing inquiries to book consultations. The position emphasizes high-volume dialing, rapport-building, and educating clients about our fat-reduction services.

Evening and weekend availability are required, with a performance-based pay structure and opportunities for advancement. We offer compensation including base pay and bonuses, plus benefits such as health and vision insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume dialing.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Evening (until 8 PM) and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day).
• Handle inbound inquiries.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport.
• Educate prospects on our services.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations.
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain strong show rates.
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
