The role focuses on high-volume calling, education of services, and booking same/next-day appointments, with evening and weekend shifts and a base pay plus bonuses. Training and advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Comfortable making 200+ calls per day.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and professional on the phone.
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
• Evening availability until 9 PM required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

What You’ll Do

This is a high-volume, consultative appointment-setting position focused on turning warm leads into completed consultations.

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospective clients on Bodenvy services
• Book same-day and next-day consultations

• Confidently and professionally overcome objections
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Maintain strong booking and show rates
