VIO Med Spa is opening a brand-new location in Midlothian, VA. We seek a founding manager who will own the guest experience, build and coach the team, and drive membership growth from day one.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage schedules, vendors, and daily numbers while delivering a premium guest experience and coordinating with the clinical team on patient flow. This role is on-site with a December opening timeline.

Schedule

What You Will Do

Requirements

What We Need

• Management experience in med spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, or another membership or service business.
• A track record growing membership, revenue, or guest retention.
• Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, and building a team, ideally from the ground up.
• Comfort owning local marketing and pre-sales for a new location.
• Full-time, on-site availability in Midlothian ahead of a December opening, including some evenings and weekends around launch.

Nice to Have

• Med spa or aesthetics experience.
• Experience opening or launching a new location.
• CRM and booking-system fluency, and a local network in the Richmond area.

Schedule and Work Model

You start ahead of the opening to set up operations and build the team.

Compensation
