Job summary

Viva Day Spa + Med Spa is seeking a Med Spa Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, and team growth across our med spa services. You will work closely with providers and leadership to drive service excellence, optimize schedules, and elevate standards while maintaining brand integrity.

The role focuses on coaching a high-performing team, achieving KPIs, and ensuring a seamless guest journey from booking through post-service follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a med spa, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, retail, or high-touch service env.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, skincare, and aesthetic services.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving performance goals.
• Strong sales, coaching, and guest experience skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, scheduling, staffing, and operational workflows.
• Experience with spa or medical spa software systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Med Spa team through coaching, accountability, and support.
• Drive service, retail, membership, and provider performance.
• Partner with providers to optimize schedules, retention, and guest outcomes.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
• Oversee booking efficiency, conversion, rebooking, and utilization metrics.
• Resolve guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and care.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain operational excellence, compliance, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and business objectives.
