Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is seeking a part-time Front Desk at our Ridgefield location. You will greet patients, educate them on skin care products, schedule and checkout, and support clinicians in treatment rooms. Prior experience in luxury hospitality and a high-end client experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Luxury Hospitality or an equivalent related industry.
• Demonstrated commitment to Exceptional Customer Service.
• Experience providing a High-End Client Experience.
• Comfortable working in an Upscale Spa Environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and educate them on skin care products and treatments.
• Schedule appointments and check out patients.
• Maintain all areas of the Medspa, public areas and treatment rooms.
• Assist clinicians in the treatment rooms and prepare rooms for procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, take photos, obtain consents and ensure stock levels.
