PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator at a Midtown Atlanta med spa. The role focuses on front-desk sales, patient experience, and outreach to convert leads into memberships.

You will handle calls, scheduling, and event participation on-site in Midtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, communicative, and comfortable presenting memberships and financing options while maintaining professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Naturally social and able to start conversations with new people on the phone and in person.
• Sales-motivated, professional, ethical, and focused on daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.
• Dependable, punctual, and well presented with strong customer-service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist at the front desk with patient flow, scheduling, confirmations, and opening/closing duties.
• Complete 30–40 outbound calls per workday to leads, missed appointments, inactive patients, and open consultations.
• Present memberships, packages, promotions and financing options; rebook patients before they leave; request reviews from eligible patients.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM and booking platform; track dispositions and follow-up tasks.
• Represent the practice at community events and grassroots marketing activities.
