Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays with rotating schedule.
• Must commit to a minimum 1 year in the department.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Sales-driven with focus on rebooking, cross-booking and upgrades.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating spa services and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day med spa operations and services.
• Drive high average ticket price through upselling and rebooking.
• Maintain high level of guest service and education.
• Manage schedules and ensure smooth clinic workflows.
