Job summary

Strong leadership and communication are essential. Qualified candidates hold a BSN with an Ohio RN license, and have at least two years of related clinical experience, with preferred MSN and EPIC knowledge.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• 2 years of recent clinical experience in a related specialty.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates education and healthcare services for patients.
• Establishes and updates processes and policies for the specialty practice.
• Collaborates with personnel to ensure smooth patient flow through the system.
• Demonstrates leadership, management and education principles in daily operations.
