Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program and RN license in Ohio.
• 2 years of recent clinical experience in the assigned specialty.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; strong confidentiality.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, develop, implement and evaluate education and healthcare services for patients.
• Establish, monitor and update processes and policies for the specialty practice.
• Collaborate with personnel to facilitate accurate and efficient patient flow.
• Apply nursing theory, research methods, and leadership principles to duties.
• Uphold MetroHealth System’s mission, vision, values and service standards.
