• Support attorneys in medical malpractice and related litigation by organizing case files, managing deadlines, and tracking key case developments.
• Conduct factual and legal research, review medical records and other documents, drafting and formatting pleadings, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation, coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses, and maintain accurate case management systems and billing records.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient, detail-oriented support across all phases of litigation.
