The role involves day-to-day attorney support, calendar management, drafting pleadings, filing documents, and phone coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal-law firm experience preferred.
• Immense attention to detail.
• Disciplined with ability to work independently.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Day to day support of attorneys.
• Review and docketing of daily mail.
• Managing attorney calendaring, including scheduling of attorney conferences, depositions, meetings.
• Preparation of legal pleadings.
• Filing of documents with all courts.
• Answering of Firm telephone calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
