Scion Staffing, Inc. is partnering with a well-established law firm in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan to hire an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal.

You will support attorneys on litigation from investigation through trial, reviewing medical records, handling discovery, and managing case files with precision. The role requires 3–5+ years in malpractice/personal injury litigation, strong research skills, and proficiency with case management systems such as NetDocuments.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in medical malpractice or personal injury.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, discovery, pleadings, motions, deposition prep, and trial support.
• Ability to review and summarize medical records and manage complex deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive litigation support for medical malpractice and personal injury matters from investigation to resolution.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and case-related docs.
• Draft, proofread, and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct factual/legal research, track deadlines, and maintain case files in CMS.
• Coordinate depositions, experts, witnesses, clients, and trial materials.
• Assist with billing records, liens, and related financial documentation with attorneys and staff.
