Job summary

thyssenkrupp Presta Dynamic Components Danville is seeking a Mechatronics Technician to support the Operations team in maintaining facility production equipment. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems and control subsystems with a strong emphasis on safety.

Key duties include preventative and predictive maintenance, diagnostics across robotics and CNC systems, RFID and industrial vision setup, and ensuring accurate CMMS reporting.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent required; industrial tech preferred.
Knowledge of SAP, CMMS, and MS Office is expected.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with policies.
Diagnose and repair production equipment including mechanical and electrical subsystems.
Run diagnostics to determine software/hardware/operator-related issues.
Repair robotics, CNC, motion control, and vision systems as needed.
Maintain CMMS work orders and update labor/history daily.
