Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the operation of building systems and material handling equipment at a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve robotic systems and MHE while documenting maintenance tasks.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Client and Operations teams; prior experience with CMMS and conveyors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring physical effort.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, belts, motors, and relays.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
