Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Salisbury, NC. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, and by installing/maintaining automated packaging systems throughout the facility.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to mentor junior technicians and operate in a cutting-edge warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 1+ years reading blueprints/electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document results.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and conveyors.
• Create, assign, close work orders with labor, parts, hours.
• Mentor junior technicians and support teams.
