Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team across the building, repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, and installing automated packaging and distribution equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and timely documentation, with opportunities to mentor junior technicians in a modern facility, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repair experience with MHE or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years preventive and predictive maintenance experience.
• 1+ years blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project; strong docs.
• Able to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventive maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot: Fix electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and conveyors.
• Monitoring: Create/close work orders with labor, parts, and inventory data.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across Operations facility.
