Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems within a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve robotic systems and material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation of routines, and collaboration with the Client and Operations teams, with growth opportunities across CBRE’s global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with MHE and robotic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE including belts, motors, sensors.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
