Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to join our team at a client facility in Washington. You will support the maintenance and operation of building systems, repair MHE and robotic systems, and help ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams, with opportunities to grow within CBRE's global network and career development programs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues on all MHE components.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory and coordinate with teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
