Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility in Loveland, Colorado. You will repair, maintain, and improve robotic systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

This role emphasizes a safety-first approach, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and documenting preventive maintenance while collaborating with the Client and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
