Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team, repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and automated systems across the facility. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing packaging and distribution equipment, following safety procedures and documenting preventative maintenance.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with MHE, blueprints, CMMS, and proficiency in MS Office; willingness to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventive maintenance.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventive maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on MHE.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close work orders; track inventory and labor hours.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility.
