Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice to learn installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex systems in a distribution center. The program includes classroom, lab, and on-the-job learning with safety as a priority. Upon completion, the apprentice progresses to Mechatronics & Robotics Technician.

Training spans multiple colleges with travel support provided. This role offers a clear career path in industrial automation within a Cushman & Wakefield

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enrol in a 9-week training at one of four colleges listed in the job posting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for document management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow school and shop floor processes for a safe environment.
• Maintenance: perform scheduled, predictive, and preventive maintenance on MHE.
• Monitoring: analyze technical specs of mechatronic systems and components.
• Support: learn PLCs and work with Automation Engineers in a lab environment.
• Communication: collaborate effectively within the team in school and OJL.
