Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice to learn installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic, mechanical, and control systems within a distribution center environment. The program includes classroom, lab, and on-the-job learning, with health and safety policies strictly observed.

Upon completion, the trainee progresses to a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician. Attendance at a 9-week training at partner colleges is required, with travel expenses

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow work processes and safety standards on school and shop floor.
• Maintenance: perform scheduled, predictive, and preventive maintenance of MHE systems.
• Monitoring: analyze technical specifications of mechatronic systems and components.
• Support: learn PLCs and work with Automation Engineers in a lab environment.
• Communication: collaborate effectively within a team in school and OJL.
