The role involves learning to install, troubleshoot and maintain electronic, mechanical, and robotic systems within a Fulfilment/Distribution Center during a structured classroom, lab, and on-the-job program.

You will train in PLCs and robotics, shadow experienced staff, and work toward safety compliance and documentation accuracy across the shop floor and school environments.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years old or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must meet the minimum qualifying score on a Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• Ability to travel to attend training at one of 3 training sites for 12 weeks.
• Basic computer skills, i.e. email, word processing, reading spreadsheets.

Aufgaben

• Learn to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechatronics equipment in a Fulfilment/Distribution Center.
• Shadow technicians, follow safety policies, and work with documentation.
• Learn PLCs and robotic systems in a lab and on the shop floor with engineers and OEMs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance.
