Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must meet minimum Mechanical Aptitude Test score.
• Willingness to travel to training sites for 12 weeks.
• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
• Basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform the job of Mechatronics Junior Technician and install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in a Fulfilment/Distribution Center.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and work with technical advisors on the job learning program.
• Shadow, assist, and collaborate with engineers and technicians in lab and on the shop floor.
• Operate and interact with PLCs, robotics systems, and automation equipment.
• Coordinate with operators to identify and prevent equipment issues and ensure system performance.
