Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to enroll in a 9-week training at one of four colleges.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards in school and on the shop floor.
• Perform scheduled, predictive, and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze technical specifications of mechatronic systems.
• Learn PLCs and work with Automation Engineers.
• Communicate effectively within a team environment.
