Bosch Charleston seeks a skilled maintenance technician to support assembly lines, troubleshoot components, monitor equipment, and perform preventive maintenance. You will analyze issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure safe operations in a fast-paced plant.

The role includes leading OEE improvement projects, training staff, and becoming a subject matter expert on select topics while maintaining a clean, efficient work area and supporting multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics focus with electrical/controls knowledge.
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, and laser equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the assembly lines by troubleshooting components.
• Monitor equipment by logging into devices and observing functionality.
• Perform periodic checks and preventive maintenance for optimal utilization.
• Analyze equipment issues, perform repairs, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide turnovers to next shift personnel and train others.
• Lead projects focused on OEE improvement and machine stability.
• Develop training material and become a subject matter expert.
