Job summary
Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Maintenance / Mechatronics Manager (1st Shift) to lead a skilled team responsible for reliability, safety, and performance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will guide preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical cert preferred.
- 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance; multi-craft/mechatronics preferred.
- CMM certification preferred or able to obtain.
- ERP/CMMS experience; Epicor preferred.
- Prior supervisory/lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills (pneumatic/hydraulic/ PLC).
- Safety-focused with ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Maintenance with daily operations and priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team for safety and performance.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Plan and document preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
- Coordinate with production and engineering on maintenance priorities.
- Ensure facilities and equipment meet safety and appearance standards.
- Provide PLC/controls guidance for troubleshooting and improvements.
- Maintain asset records and ensure internal controls compliance.
- Identify opportunities to boost reliability and reduce downtime.
- Work independently and with urgency to meet department goals.
