The position requires 6+ months as a lead/supervisor and 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with 480V three-phase knowledge and schematic literacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of lead or supervisor experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Experience utilizing volt meters and other diagnostic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for industrial machinery and equipment on assigned shift.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Serve as a technical resource for maintenance technicians and production personnel.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and support efficient completion of repairs.
• Diagnose complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
• Install, replace, and align motors, drives, bearings, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Utilize volt meters, electrical testing equipment, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and equipment performance.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
