Daimler Truck North America is seeking a summer intern to support the DTSV Mechatronics Engineering team. You will assist with electrical and controls integration, read wiring diagrams, and help test vehicle software during the design and validation process.

Open to relocation to Gaffney, SC. The role offers exposure to vehicle systems and potential transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Understanding of Software Development or Software Testing.
• Strong interest in automotive electrical systems and vehicle networks.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers with electrical and controls integration activities.
• Update vehicle architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Develop and maintain test cases to evaluate software releases.
