Job summary

GETNA is seeking a Mechatronics Service Technician to provide field service support on complex electro-mechanical equipment across the Washington, DC Metro Area. You will perform installations, training, and preventative and break/fix maintenance under SLA requirements, ensuring reliable operation for our customers.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationally.

Qualifications

• Proof of U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of State Security Clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support electro-mechanical equipment per SLA.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and maintain logs.
• Train users and maximize equipment availability.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve performance.
• Perform testing and calibration of sensors, motors, actuators.
• Inspect equipment to identify issues before failures.
