Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, PLCs, or electromechanical systems.
• SACA Gold/Silver certifications or must earn them by date set forth in offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site instruction and labs at Wake Technical Community College and partner sites.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and technologies in automation and advanced manufacturing.
• Develop accessible, outcomes-driven coursework and labs for diverse learners.
• Maintain records of student work and attendance; provide feedback and guidance on grades and progress.
• Collaborate with facilities and other departments to support program equipment and lab requirements.
