UNITED GRINDING North America, Inc. seeks motivated apprentices to learn building, troubleshooting, repairing and operating precision grinding equipment while earning an Associate Degree in Mechatronics from Sinclair University.

The program blends classroom learning with hands-on experience and includes a full scholarship to Sinclair and paid on-the-job training. Selected candidates will train with experienced staff, complete tests and assignments, and gain skills across safety, production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass entrance exam for Sinclair University.
• Interest in manufacturing/mechatronics encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Learn from experienced staff and participate in classes.
• Complete prescribed tests and assignments.
• Gain knowledge, skills and experience.
• Support the production/operations team.
• Demonstrate commitment and professionalism.
