Job summary
Advanced Atomization Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Mechatronic / Robotic Technician to support, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve automated manufacturing systems, robotic equipment, and controls. This role collaborates with Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality and EHS to minimize downtime and drive improvements.
Qualified candidates will have 3–5+ years in maintenance of automated equipment, experience with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical/mechanical
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Technology, Automation or related field.
- 3–5+ years in automated manufacturing maintenance or robotics environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and robotic cells.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, robotics, and control failures using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on robotic and automated systems.
- Support programming, tooling adjustments, and process optimization.
