Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team, focusing on repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across a large facility. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure reliable performance.

The candidate should have 2+ years in MHE repair, predictive maintenance, and ability to read blueprints/electrical schematics; CMMS

Qualifications

• 2+ years in repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• 2+ years in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 1+ year of blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventive maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE, belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.

Education

Associates or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical field
