Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mechatronic Apprentice to join CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. The program offers 9 weeks of classroom instruction followed by on-the-job learning to prepare you for a maintenance or controls technician role within a world-class logistics environment.

You will support a safety-first culture, learn to service material handling equipment, and participate in preventative maintenance while collaborating with client and operations teams.

Qualifications

• General education required: high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to attend a 12-week in person paid training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
